Here is a little info on the Yellow-Green pattern.

# of Motions: 24
Shape: S
Here’s a video. (Please note that the yells are on the first groin strike, and the second high block; in the video the first yell is in the same place, but the second yell is in a different place).
Here’s a second video that has the pattern performed from the front and the back:
Here’s a diagram of the form. Please note that there is some terminology differences on the form, but the motions are all the same.
Won-Hyo Hyung Pattern
| Pattern Info:
Name: Won-Hyo Hyung Heres’ a video: Please note the following differences between the video and how we practice the pattern in class: *The video refers to L-Stances, we call these back stances. I also want to point out that in the above video the pattern is performed rather sloppily, though I am posting it anyway since it clearly explains what motions to perform. (Once again, refer to the above paragraph to see the differences between the video and how we practice the pattern). Here’s a video of the pattern performed from the front and the back (again, it has a few differences between how we practice it at class): Here’s a diagram of the pattern: http://www.natkd.com/pics/Chang_Hon_Forms/hyung_4_wonhyo.jpg |
